How do I contact you?

Email us through our contact page. We respond to emails Monday through Friday 10AM to 5PM PST. We will get back to you as soon as possible during those hours.

How do I place an order?

Select an item that you like and make sure to use the drop down to choose the appropriate style and size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping charges will be shown during payment processing. Please be aware of extended delivery times. On average, international deliveries take approximately 5-10 business days. Customs can hold items for any reason, which can extend that delivery time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Items are made to order. Production typically takes about 2-3 weeks. Once shipped, they take approximately 1-3 days to be received. You will see an email with the tracking information once shipped.

Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?

We do not offer pick up. All of our items are made to order and are shipped out as soon as they are finished.

Can I make a change to my order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing or shipping address. There is a small window of time before your item starts in production. Please notify us immediately and we may be able to cancel or modify the order.

Returns/Exchanges?

Because we make our items to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
